HOUSE RULES (EN)

General Code of Conduct
At Athletic Fitness, we place great value on polite and respectful behavior. The privacy and integrity of all members and staff must be respected at all times. While on the fitness premises, members must ensure that their behavior does not disturb, harass, or endanger others. All members contribute actively to maintaining a calm, focused, and motivating training environment.

Training Operations
All used equipment (machines, benches, weights, plates, balls, mats, resistance bands, etc.) must be returned to its designated place after use. Dropping weights or equipment is not permitted. During rest periods between sets, training equipment must be made available to other members.

Dress Code
Clean sportswear and closed, clean training shoes are required. Street clothing (jeans, jackets, dress shoes, flip-flops, sandals, etc.) is not permitted on the training floor. Any visible identifiers (symbols, prints, garments, etc.) that express political or religious affiliation are not allowed.

Hygiene
Use of a towel is mandatory when using equipment and machines. All equipment must be wiped down and cleaned of sweat after use. Individuals with strong body odor are kindly asked to shower and use deodorant before training.

Food and Drink
Only drinks in well-sealed, unbreakable containers are allowed on the training floor. Eating on the training floor is not permitted.

Locker Rooms
The separation of men's and women's locker areas must be strictly observed. Clothing and other personal items must be stored in the designated lockers. No clothing or shoes may be left behind between visits. Items left behind will be disposed of for hygiene reasons. Please store all personal belongings and valuables securely (risk of theft). The facility is not liable for the loss of valuables.

Personal Care
Please refrain from shaving, exfoliating, nail care, or intimate hygiene within the facility.

Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs
Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility.

Smartphones, Phone Calls, Filming and Photography
All smartphones must be set to silent mode. Loud phone calls are not permitted. Please listen to your own music only via headphones. Filming or photographing other individuals (with mobile phones, cameras, etc.) is prohibited throughout the facility to protect personal rights. We encourage you to focus on your training performance—not your smartphone.

Access for Children and Teenagers
Access to the training area is not permitted for children or teenagers under the age of 16, unless they are participating in a specifically designated youth program. To protect minors, children under 16 are also not permitted in the locker rooms—even when accompanied by an adult.

Animals
While we love animals, bringing them into the facility is not allowed due to hygiene, allergies, noise, and safety concerns.

Announcements / Notices
Instructions from the center staff and all posted notices within the facility must be followed.

We thank everyone for adhering to these rules and wish you an enjoyable workout!
